Be There for the First Step
Join us as we launch Hope One Walk, a 3,000+ mile journey across America dedicated to burn survivors, their families, and the healthcare professionals and first responders who help make recovery possible.
Beginning at the iconic Santa Monica Pier, Founder and burn survivor Corey Halstead will begin walking from the Pacific Ocean to New York City, visiting burn centers, meeting survivors, recognizing nurses, physicians, therapists, firefighters, EMS professionals, and sharing stories of hope and resilience in communities across the nation.
This kickoff event marks the beginning of a six-month journey with one simple message:
One Step. One Story. One Hope.

About Hope One Walk
Hope One Walk is a nationwide awareness campaign created by Healing Home Group to inspire hope, build community, and expand support for burn survivors. Throughout the journey, the team will visit burn centers across America, connect with survivors and their families, and share stories that remind every survivor they are never alone.
Together, we’re taking the first step toward a future where every burn survivor is seen, heard, and supported.
